I'm registering myself or minors for Roller Louisiane's in-person skating classes at Fun Nation in Lafayette, Louisiana.

I'm a judge, official, tabulator, referee, steward, employee, and/or team member of a governing body of roller sports (all levels) or Olympic Committee.

I am a current or former athlete, coach, parent, etc., with an active or inactive roller sports club, team or league.

I skate recreationally or observe as a non-skating parent. 

I own or work at a facility, site, or place where I welcome guests or members who roller skate recreationally and/or train roller sports.

I was or am currently a parent, guardian, host, or chaperone for a minor skating recreationally or competing.
